I do not think he would hear it anyway.

Did the RCC ever apologize to Galileo?

Yeah they did apologize for the way they handled the situation - though of course he didn't hear them either.

Isn't it wonderful how we apologize to dead people instead of taking a bit of compassion on them while they are alive. So convenient. We who kill the prophets and then build shrines to them when they are gone.

When men are so far ahead of their time it is often difficult to appreciate them - think of how you treat me.

Oh, I appreciate you. You just sometimes are the focus of all my anger and frustration with the world. Right now, I'm feeling pretty angry at Washington and their financial antics. You don't want to face that. Would you prosecute and let some people go to jail already! Let a couple companies fail!

That and my doctor has me so jacked up on steroids that I'm honestly not thinking all that clearly. Too darn many things going on in my life and I'm lashing out all over, and I do apologize. I'll probably have to tune out and come back after all is said and done. I should have done that last week when this all started.

No need to apologize - I hadn't really noticed a difference lately.

I just said that trying to puff myself up again.
